  My whole family always enjoys a dinner (or lunch!) at Freddy's! We love the fries - always hot and delicious - and really appreciate being able to put our dessert order 'on hold' so we don't have to deal with melted ice cream at the end of our meal. Yes, the burgers are thin, and they're supposed to be!
  
  The employees have always been helpful and nice and ready to do whatever it takes to make us happy. We eat here frequently, and always enjoy it thoroughly.
  
  Food is ready quickly, and is always hot and fresh. Of course there were issues with slow service early on while all the new employees were getting trained and the facility was getting rolling, but that's to be expected, and certainly not indicative of any long-term problems.

  A little pricey but the food is good. Similar menu to Culver's mixed with Steak n Shake. Kids meals really should come with a dessert. Their concept of making you buy a kids shirt and forcing them to wear it every time you visit in order to get a "free" dessert is ridiculous.

  IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS, I WOULD. This was the worst Freddy's I've ever been to. We originally went to Freddy's for the first time in Fayetteville and loved it. My husband and I went there a few days ago and experienced the worst drive-thru service. I ordered a single steak burger with cheese, lettuce, and onions with a PEPSI FLOAT and he ordered just a #8 (double bacon cheeseburger). When we get to the window, we receive our drinks and I get handed a root beer soft drink, I tell the employee that this is not what I ordered, that I asked for a Pepsi float, even the receipt mentioned this. And she says "you said root beer", then she takes it back, and gives us our food. I immediately open it and check it to make sure it's right and my husband got a burger like mine, not the double bacon cheeseburger he ordered. He tells her he got the wrong order and she has an attitude and throws the burger away forcefully. Then just about every employee there is looking at us through the drive-thru window, shaking their heads, talking. Even employees from the grill area, we're coming by looking at us. It had been past 15 minutes. It was not our fault our orders were not right. We finally get our food and my husband says thank you and she says nothing, so I say "He said thank you" and she says "Oh, you're welcome." We drive off and I taste what I assumed to be my Pepsi float, and it tastes like root beer. She still got the order wrong even though I told her what I ordered in the beginning. This was the worst service we've ever encountered at any fast food chain. I hope the customer service improves.
