  We've been here many times. Sometimes it's a little hit or miss at this location. When they are really busy it's hard to feel that the wait staff are taking care of you. Other times, we have a fantastic experience both with food and staff. When they first opened I used their carry out service via the app and had to wait a VERY long time despite that it gave me a time to pickup. I am sure they have gotten the kinks worked out on that now though. Overall I would recommend, I just think this particular location is still working out some issues.

  A little frantic at lunch. Seems like they are under staffed and unprepared for the lunch crowd. I wouldn't order to go if your in a hurry. Add 5 -10 minutes to your wait time to be safe.

  To start we placed the order through the internet and did to go. So this is a to-go experience and not a dine in experience. We ordered our food and when the order was placed and I received the post order page things within my order were changed such as a medium rare selection for meat was switched to well. So we called the to go area to fix it within a minute of ordering the food. They assured us it would be fixed. It wasn't. The burger was cooked well done and to make matters worse we had ordered extra avocado (we were charged for), extra lime sour cream (we were charged for) and didn't receive those items we were charged extra for. Then our ice cream with the desserts weren't even a quarter of the way filled, no instructions were given with the molten lava cake like we received at other Chili's, and we requested no Pico in the texmex bowl because my wife is allergic to onions, guess what? There was Pico at the bottom of the bowl. This was by far my worst experience with a Chili's and now know why there were so many negative reviews.
