  Tried the hand tossed pizza and thought it was pretty good. We intended on also trying their deep dish pizza but passed when the waiter told us it takes 30 minutes to cook. Service was okay but they need to have their waiters smile and at least pretend they're happy to serve you. Two of us ageed they came across as a bit cold. However, not rude or nasty. Overall a good pizza if you're in the neighborhood.

  I recently got a pickup order from this place.
  The staff are quite friendly.
  I ordered a deep dish sausage and a gluten free pepperoni pizza.
  The dip dish expectedly takes awhile to prep so count on about 40 minutes or so post ordering.
  
  The flavor of the deep dish left a bit to be desired. The dough is okay but mutes out all the "toppings'" flavors.
  The sauce is uninspired and the quantity makes it so that again the toppings are blunted.
  The gluten free pizza is pretty good as far as such things go.
  The cost is that of premium pizza but the flavor is not sadly.
  Like most pizza though even a mediocre version is pretty good.

  At first this was a good place to eat. After a couple times it went downhill. The Chicago style seems like lasagna with crust, the pizza seemed oily and the wings are crap now. After complaining about the wings, staff said they just got a new cook and will address the lack of sauce and saltiness. Months later it so hasn't changed. The only thing that seems consistent is the garlic knots. I will not be going back again.
